We all felt like we were drowning in mud. You feel stuck, worthless, and confused. You want to move, you should, you have to. But you can’t and then it develops into anxiety, fear, and overwhelm. You get stuck when you think you have to be something you are not. When you think life should be different than it is. Come to my mind. Getting stuck is like quicksand. The more you try to get out, the deeper you sink. Our mind wants to push, control, and manipulate. Think if we could just control life, everything would be fine. It’s not until we face the reality that things start to lift. Whether you feel trapped for a week or a year doesn’t matter. You do the best you can with what you have. But notice that the longer we get stuck, and the more we surrender to it, the more we learn as we get out of it. We know that life isn’t just about things. Sometimes it's about resting and letting things be. These periods are no different from the seasons. There’s sun, there's snow, there’s light, and there’s darkness. Once you let it be what it is, things change because your perception changes. Be good to yourself. Let yourself get completely stuck. And let yourself fight against it because you will. This is all well and good.
