You Should Never Skip

The clock shows 10, it's getting late for work and you skip your breakfast reached home late at night and you also skip your dinner or maybe order something and unhealthy. According to Neha Senwalla (dietician) skipping meals does not provide any health benefits rather it has many side effects. One of which is it affects your mood and concentration. Glucose being the main source of energy for the brain and skipping meals and your brain will receive less energy decrease your performance at school and workplace. There are many problems like it lowers your nutritional intake, affects blood pressure digestion problems, and many more. When you skip an all you find yourself getting hungry at odd times of the day which can lead to bad eating habits. There are few tips to keep in mind. Never skip breakfast it is one of the most important meals as early morning your body lags energy to perform various activities of the day, breakfast gives a kick start and makes you feel fresh for the day. There should be a gap of a minimum of 2 hours to keep eating snacks, nuts, and fruits. This will make it easier to eat smaller, healthy meals which are far preferable to skipping a meal.
