This wonderful tower, also known as La Tour Eiffel in French is 330 m tall and was built in the 1880s to show off France's modern mechanical power and to memorialize the French Revolution. Paris is known as the city of love because many romantic movies were filmed here. Paris has always had a huge influence on the fashion industry and luxury. This is because the Haute couture mansions - the most famous luxury brands are situated in Paris and still hold their fashion shows here. Also known as the city of lights, Paris is a rather laid-back and relaxed country when it comes to its lifestyle. There's a rhythm of life among the citizens. Due to its fame, there are frequent incidents with travelers but the police do their best to keep the city a safe place. The literacy rate of the country of France is 99% and the University of Paris, which was made in 1215 is among the world's oldest universities.
