Around this time every year, we often resolve to eat better, healthier, to lose weight, to bring lunch to work, to cut down on caffeine. While these may be laudable goals how about making healthier eating for the planet part of your resolutions for this year? Food resolutions don’t have to be about cutting back. In fact, sometimes it is better to add more to your day, especially in the morning. It’s important to remember that making food is labor, so it’s healthy to order delivery from time to time to achieve a better work-life balance.

1) Drink more water! Water is essential for the human body, and it is one of the best things that you can drink to improve your health. It helps to detoxify your body, boosts your metabolism, and keeps you hydrated.

2.)Eat a well-balanced breakfast daily! This resolution is critical if you have a hectic schedule and often skip meals. And while it might be tempting to eat something small on the go, this will only leave you hungry later, which can lead to bad food choices or overeating at your next meal. 3.)Broaden Your Palate with New Cuisines Broadening your palate – by trying new ingredients, new cooking techniques, and varied global cuisines – has several benefits. Adopting new, healthier habits may protect you from serious health problems like obesity and diabetes. New habits, like healthy eating and regular physical activity, may also help you manage your weight and have more energy
