We all think that we can't do things as per our wishes as we age. But did you know that there are some sports for adults or senior citizens and Walking Basketball is one of them? Walking Basketball is meant for adults and seniors to play Basketball as a form of gentle exercise. The other reason is to stay involved in the sport that may have been a part of you for some time. Playing a sport is a perfect way to stay fit and healthy. As for Basketball, it will help you to build confidence and to improve your overall self-esteem. Basketball will help improve sleeping habits and reduce stress. When you play Basketball, the brain releases feel-good hormones such as dopamine and endorphins. The chemicals make playing Basketball positively addictive. And about walking Basketball, travelling is a violation of the rules that occurs when a player holding the ball moves one or both of their feet illegally. Travelling is also called, predominantly in a streetball game, "walking" or "steps". If the pivot foot of a player changes or moves, it is considered travelling. Basketball is too much fun to play. Basketball has an exciting pace of play. Also, each player on the court gets to play both offence and defence, and the roles of each player are only loosely defined. Personally, Basketball is one of my favourite sports, what's yours?
