Vipassana Meditation

Today, let's talk about Vipassana. Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are, is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation. It was rediscovered by Buddha thousands of years ago. It is a universal remedy for universal ills, also known as the art of living. Since the time of Buddha Vipassana has been handed down, to the present day, by an unbroken chain of teachers. Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation. It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and body. It is a great technique to dissolve mental health impurity, resulting in a balanced mind full of love and compassion. The scientific laws that operate one's thoughts, feelings, judgments, and sensations become clear. This technique is taught in 10 days course. The course requires hard, serious work. This entire practice is actually mental training. Just as we do physical exercises to improve our bodily health, Vipassana can be used to develop a healthy mind. To do this training, you can visit dhamma.org. Centers of Dhamma are in so many different countries. This 10 days training course may have a good impact on your life...
