Do you think self-affirmation is important? I feel self-confidence, self-affirmation, and self-love are interrelated, basically performing the same type of function which is believing in yourself. Whenever I sit on the board, the only thing I tell myself is that I have put in maximum effort and I am going to win. Most of the time, I’ve already won the game in my mind. I am not a psychology expert, but these are some of the advice my mother gave. So, here comes a package of 3 super effective techniques to boost yourself. The first one is to believe that your goal has already been accomplished. The second thing you can do is make a separate folder of all your best works and watch them when you feel like you need to regain confidence in yourself! I have done this a million times and trust me, it ALWAYS works. The third one is pretty unique. All you have to do is write a letter to yourself when you are extremely happy and read that letter when you’re low. It basically reminds you of how wonderful you are and what you’re going through is just a part and parcel of life and that it will pass gradually. "There is a thin line between confidence and overconfidence, make sure you do not cross the line."
