Indoor and outdoor are two major categories we think about when it comes to sports. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages. While indoor sports allow your brain to grow they don’t require you to or help you necessarily in growing physically, outdoor sports require physical fitness and even mental agility to an extent. Many recognized indoor sports like chess and kabaddi are known for the diversity of a player. Outdoor sports however are known for a player’s strength, stamina and sometimes even tactics.
