Flexibility is the key to stability

Flexibility is the range of motion in a joint or group of joints or the ability to move joints effectively through a complete range of motion, says the definition of flexibility. But flexibility is something you're born with, your god-given gift of "limber ligaments and tendons." But whatever you have is never enough. So you declare war with yourself, battling your body's desire to curl back up. You break yourself trying to bend yourself. "You find the perfect torture to get results without screwing up the technique that got you so far." In the art of flexibility, you miss a day, and you slip backward. You work too hard, and your body retaliates, tightens like a grudge. But you learn with time. You do. You start loving the thrill of those freakish extensions, a foot's crazy arch. 'To reach the levels you desire you stretch your essence, your soul.' Flexibility plays a major role in many sports and the most important one in gymnastics and yoga. So Practice daily. Stay healthy. Stay safe.
