Diet is not having less or excessive food but it is having nutrients in a balanced manner, in the amount that your body requires. That is why it is called a balanced diet. Food has nutrients that help our body in healing, growing, and strengthening. These nutrients are also present in Pizza or Bread, but they are not balanced, they are either pure fat or pure carbohydrate, which means it does not fulfill the ratio. Having a diet is not necessary, but when you have one, it is necessary to have a balanced diet.
