Art as a Subject

I was just wandering around my school photos the other day and I just realized I remember every lecture except Art and craft it was always substituted by some other teacher, today I'll share my research on how art is more important in schools. Arts education helps foster a positive culture and climate in schools. When schools integrate the arts across the curriculum, disciplinary referrals decrease while the effectiveness of instruction and teachers’ ability to meet the needs of all students increase. Creating a painting, learning to dance, or singing in a chorus teaches that taking small steps, practicing to improve, being persistent, and being patient are important for children’s growth, improvement and can encourage confidence with a lot of creativity in them. The creativity involved in art education strengthens critical thinking skills for kids. Visually learning through drawing, sculpting, and painting develops visual-spatial skills. This teaches kids how to interpret and use visual information in the most efficient and effective ways possible excluding the facts what I think is that instead of just giving art and craftwork to just a select student, every student should be given something crafty to work on which will stimulate his brain in a different manner rather than just thinking about words and sentences. If you could practice some art in your school art class instead of just doing nothing trust me that would make your mind more creative and illustrative to others. In the end, I just wanna conclude that art and craft were never seen from an educational point of view but actually, it is and I hope it's implemented in our education system.
