Everything changes with time so does Art!

Since the last time when I was abruptly searching for a painting of a specific artist, I realized the fact that art of today such as the paintings and sculptures are greatly inspired by the modern world alike the older ones which were based on tribes, religions, wars, etc. A lot of sculptures made by today's artists symbolize the modern problems faced by people today with familiar genres such as Depression, Mental Health, Social Media Addiction to name a few. The art of the present-day world emerges from a vast variety of materials and means including the latest electronic technologies, such as digital imaging and the Internet familiar genres with a long history that continue to be practiced with great vigor. Visual culture scholars analyze film, television, graphic novels, fashion design, and other forms of popular culture in addition to established fine art media such as painting, and they draw upon many methodologies and theories, including semiotics, sociology, psychoanalysis, reception theory, feminism, and the concept of the gaze, etc. For instance, a number of contemporary artists embrace traditional techniques of fiber art but use them to create unorthodox forms or address current social and political issues. it’s quite fascinating that change in technology and our environment has such a great and diverse effect on the current art around us.
