Being Grounded

Grounding is another great practice for spirituality. Grounding also called earthing, is a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth. This practice relies on earthing science and grounding physics to explain how electrical charges from the earth can have positive effects on your body. This is an amazing process that I usually do when I go outside to hang out with my friends or maybe a party. It means that I don't wear any footwear for that whole day. It keeps me grounded. People look at me weirdly sometimes may be thinking that he doesn't have shoes or something like that but I feel very positive when I walk barefoot. Another best practice you can do to be grounded is sitting on the floor. While you are eating, at least once one week you should sit on the floor and eat. It will not only give you positive vibes but also will make you realize how important food is while you are eating. It will keep you grounded which means you will be connected to the ultimate earth or what we call is nature. And at this point, you will realize that your ego, attitude of maybe money or skills or anything is nothing in front of this nature. Because at last nature is ultimate and it keeps us connected. So, from today let's sit on the floor and eat at least once a week and walk barefoot when we can. It will surely give us positive vibes and the change in attitude will help us a lot in our life.
