Art as medicine
Have u ever felt like doing nothing? Everyone faces this problem at some point in the life of being so inactive! But to freshen up the mind one should definitely do some piece of art which make his mind feel happy and active. The art we are surrounded by in any form has a huge impact on our mood and emotions. Just imagine the world without art! what if you don't have any power to create something, which is your source of happiness? We should never let the child within us die because we use to put out the thing or a feeling in the best way of art we are expert of in childhood. We should continue the same as it makes so much of difference and gives mental relaxation. I personally believe everyone should once in a day try doing some fun activity which makes our body energetic and we can be more productive and can heal from mental wounds easily.
