Vibe means a person's emotional state or the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others. People often say I am getting good vibes from this place, person, or even thing. When people are getting some different emotions by meeting the other person or going to other places. They call it a good vibe. But it's not just that you get good vibes from people, places, or things. You get vibes from even songs because of certain vibrations. Like when doing some day-to-day work, from many things and situations. When you get that feeling of vibration in your body, it is called a vibe. When you feel some attraction you get a different vibe. Even negative vibes exist. When you don't feel like doing anything or doing bad things when you with some people or you are at certain places, those feelings are called negative vibes. You can get rid of negative vibes by not letting that vibe control your body and mind. Yes, this is possible. Only if you have certain control over your body and mind, you will be able to control the vibes that you are getting.
