Many artists via tiktok,youtube etc. often make people experience calmness through art with their serene behind the scene process of making any sort of products, There is no age limit , its open to the people of all ages given its versatility. Generally, people with mental health issues, people experiencing past trauma, children having learning disabilities, prisoners, people having stress etc are said to have benefited from this form of therapy.
